We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must also provide proof of purchase or order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products such as eyelash extensions, adhesives, and cosmetic tools cannot be returned once opened or used.

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
